Greetings, my name is Josiah Johnson and I am from Charlotte, North Carolina, and I plan to get my undergraduate degree in chemical engineering with a biomanufacturing sciences concentration. I have always had an interest in math and science, especially chemistry, since I was young which led me to want to become and engineer and to solve whatever problems society needs to have answered.

The fabric bucket project will be very helpful for me to learn what the engineering process and how to apply that to my education and then later my career. Although the project  is not in the field I would like to pursue, it is critical for me as a grow to be an engineer to broaden my horizons and learn how other engineers solve problems to use their techniques in my field of emphasis.
